Is ReadyBid free to use?
Yes! Creating an account and posting requests is completely free. We only charge a platform fee when you accept an offer and unlock the seller's contact details.
How does ReadyBid keep buyers safe?
ReadyBid is a marketplace that connects buyers and sellers — we are not a party to the transaction. Your contact details stay private until you accept an offer and pay the platform fee, and members are identity-verified. We encourage buyers to do their due diligence before paying in full: where possible, inspect the goods, verify their condition, and satisfy yourself the deal meets your expectations before completing payment.
How do I become a seller?
Simply switch to seller mode from your dashboard. You can then browse buyer requests and submit offers, and arrange payment for the work directly with the buyer once you are connected.
What happens if there's a dispute?
Our support team handles all disputes. If you're not satisfied with the delivered work, you can open a dispute and we'll review the case and mediate a resolution.
