Yes! Creating an account and posting requests is completely free. We only charge a small service fee when a transaction is completed.
How does buyer protection work?
When you pay for an offer, the funds are held in escrow until you confirm the work is complete. This protects you from fraud and ensures sellers deliver as promised.
How do I become a seller?
Simply switch to seller mode from your dashboard. You can then browse buyer requests and submit offers. To receive payments, you'll need to connect your Stripe account.
What happens if there's a dispute?
Our support team handles all disputes. If you're not satisfied with the delivered work, you can open a dispute and we'll review the case and mediate a resolution.
